Shipping Policy for Moss Boss Atelier

​1. Shipping Time Frame. Our standard shipping time frame is 2-6 weeks from the date of purchase. If you need your order sooner, please contact us at the time of purchase to request expedited shipping. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but we cannot guarantee delivery dates.

2. Shipping Companies. We use all major shipping companies, including USPS, UPS, FedEx, Ship, Pirate Ship, amongst others, to deliver our products. The shipping company used for your order will be determined by us based on the size and weight of your order and the delivery address.

3. Shipping Costs. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the size and weight of your order and the delivery address. You will be able to see the shipping cost before finalizing your purchase.
